Edgewater Beach, 9am, with Miranda Keck. Donation based, like every outdoor class.

Backbends & inversions with Bela

Two hours on the mechanics of going upside down, in the loft on West 10th. Bela teaches nine classes a week here.

Beginner Yoga for EVERYbody

Monday 4:30pm with Arden, Saturday 9am with Margaret. Half the room started exactly where you are.

Reiki & sound healing

Bowls, gongs and hands-on reiki in the room above the river. Bring a blanket.

200-hour teacher training

Deepen the practice, and learn to teach it. Applications open through the winter.

Loaner mats, no charge

Don't own a mat? There's a wall of them. Take one, and someone will show you where the shoes go.

Aerial for kids, 6–15

Mounts, inversions and play on the silks — the one thing a storefront on Madison has no ceiling height for.
